Shipping Service and Rates
We use FedEx International priority shipping. Shipping rates are
calculated automatically by our system when you checkout.
How Long it will Take
Some orders can be shipped within 3 days if we have stones and
mountings ready to ship. Most orders will be shipped within 21 days. Sometimes our
workshop will be busy and or our stone supplies may be backlogged. We will notify
you if your order will take longer than normally expected.
Shipment Tracking
We will send you an email notification the day your order has
been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a FedEx tracking number. This gives
you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's
doorstep. You can use this number to track your shipment at http://www.fedex.com/
